The Bleu Edit is a digital magazine and creative platform dedicated to slow luxury travel and refined escapes across Europe. We also provide creative services, including content creation, photography, video production, editorial coverage, and strategic brand collaborations.

We operate from France and Greece, with our registered business activities under Maison Gia Branding and Marketing Studio.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include:

  • Editorial features and listings in The Bleu Edit magazine and online platform.

  • Professional content creation (photography, video, written articles).

  • Seasonal partnerships and storytelling collaborations.

All services are detailed in proposals or agreements shared with clients before work begins.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or invoice.

  • Deposits (where applicable) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Refunds will only be issued in cases where we fail to deliver agreed-upon services.

  • Payment must be made in EUR or as otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations

  • Client cancellations must be made in writing.

  • If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to force majeure events (e.g., illness, travel restrictions, unforeseen technical issues).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on The Bleu Edit (including articles, photos, videos, and design) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt our content without prior written permission.

  • For commissioned work, commercial usage rights will be defined in your agreement.

  • Client-provided materials remain the property of the client, but the client grants us permission to use them for project purposes.

6. Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Any editorial feature, review, or partnership will be clearly disclosed where required by law.

  • We may include affiliate links in our content, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to the reader.

  • Partnership terms will be agreed in writing prior to publication or content delivery.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • The Bleu Edit publishes editorial content for general informational purposes only. Certain experiences and accommodations featured on our platform are offered in collaboration with third-party partners, from whom The Bleu Edit may receive compensation in the form of commissions or referral fees.

  • All such experiences, accommodations, and related services are provided solely by the respective third-party service providers. The Bleu Edit does not own, operate, or control these services and expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for their availability, accuracy, quality, safety, suitability, or performance.

  • By engaging with any third-party service provider through The Bleu Edit, users acknowledge and agree that any claims, disputes, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the provision of such services must be pursued directly against the third-party provider, and not against The Bleu Edit, its affiliates, or its representatives.

9. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Paris, France.
